Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in driving vehicle financing sales through direct engagement and telephone outreach, while also managing our distribution channels and conducting consumer surveys. The successful candidate will work closely with branch operations and play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone calls, ensuring clear communication of product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by leveraging existing distribution channels, partner networks, and inbound leads.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to gather market intelligence, assess customer needs, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial solutions.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, negotiate terms, and guide customers through the application and approval process.
- Collaborate with credit analysis and underwriting teams to expedite approvals while adhering to risk and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to branch management and suggesting strategic adjustments.
- Provide exceptional post‑sale service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any major) from an accredited institution.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (fresh graduates are welcome, but relevant experience is a strong advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proven ability in sales management, target‑driven selling, and strong negotiation tactics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, high integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of multi‑finance business processes, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Placement: Assigned to the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
