Responsibilities
- Accurately process all cash, credit, and digital transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station, ensuring that receipts, cash drawers, and supplies are stocked at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about menu items, and suggest promotions or specials.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing detailed reports for the finance team.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of the checkout area.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as counting cash, securing cash drawers, and verifying inventory levels.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and periodic performance reviews.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns by managing increased transaction volume.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years; females preferred for this location.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a cashier or customer‑service role, especially within the FnB sector, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods.
- Residence in Brebes or surrounding areas preferred for commuting convenience.
- Proficiency with standard cashier systems and basic computer literacy.
