We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our fast‑growing coffee team at the Tulungagung branch. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workstation, ensuring all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) is calibrated and operating efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including proper sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolving concerns with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, waste disposal, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 29 years or younger at the time of application.

- Prior experience as a barista is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when restocking supplies.
