Introduction

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Motor Couriers (Kurir Motor) to join our team in the Majalengka area. As a motor courier, you will be the frontline ambassador of SPX, ensuring that parcels, documents, and small freight reach their destination safely, efficiently, and with a professional attitude. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels, documents, and small shipments from the SPX hub or client locations and deliver them to the designated address within the agreed timeframe.
- Verify that each item matches the delivery order, confirming correct quantity, condition, and any special handling instructions.
- Plan and optimise daily routes using maps, GPS, or SPX’s routing software to minimise travel time and fuel consumption while covering all assigned stops.
- Maintain constant communication with the dispatch team by updating delivery status in the mobile application, reporting any delays, incidents, or customer feedback promptly.
- Conduct a pre‑trip inspection of the motorbike, checking fuel level, brakes, lights, tire pressure, and overall mechanical condition; report maintenance needs immediately.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, providing accurate receipts and reconciling daily collections with the finance department.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, answering basic queries about delivery times and SPX policies.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies, wearing required protective gear at all times.
- Assist in occasional weekend or overtime deliveries during peak seasons, ensuring service continuity.
- Respect the placement policy by operating primarily within the courier’s residential area, reducing unnecessary travel.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates and former drivers are welcome.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license for motorcycles (A) and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely with customers.
- Basic knowledge of B2C sales management, fleet and logistics coordination, and sales administration concepts.
- Ability to use mobile applications for route planning, status reporting, and COD handling.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Physical fitness to load and unload parcels safely.
