Responsibilities
- Drive new vehicle sales by prospecting, qualifying, and closing leads through phone, online platforms, and in‑person showroom visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize digital marketing channels—including marketplace listings, social media, and email campaigns—to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, clearly articulating Suzuki’s features, safety standards, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the finance and leasing teams to present tailored financing solutions, with a focus on automotive leasing arrangements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking performance metrics in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analyses for management review.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and dealership events to stay current on new models and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a professional, well‑presented showroom environment that reflects Suzuki’s brand standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, including punctuality, dress code, and safety regulations, and hold a valid SIM C for occasional test‑drive logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in automotive sales; experience in leasing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee).
- Excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a resilient, never‑give‑up attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also thriving in independent sales activities.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Open to placement at any Suzuki dealer branch throughout Lampung, based on the candidate’s domicile.
