To maintain our high standards of service and culinary excellence, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team as Crew Members. This role encompasses the duties of a cook (koki), cashier (kasir), and waiter (waiter), offering a dynamic work environment where you can develop a broad skill set within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Cook (Koki): Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes, ensure food quality, maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, and assist in inventory control of raw materials.
- Cashier (Kasir): Operate the POS system efficiently, handle cash and electronic payments, generate accurate receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Waiter (Waiter): Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, address customer inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with teammates to coordinate service flow during peak hours, reducing wait times and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation of workstations, and personal grooming standards.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and cash register stations.
- Assist in stock replenishment, receive deliveries, and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years (maximum 25 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant, café, or similar hospitality setting.
- Unmarried status preferred, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Residency in Nganjuk or surrounding areas, ensuring punctuality and availability for shift work.
- Key skills: Proficiency with POS/cashier systems, basic cooking techniques, food and beverage service, and strong coordination abilities.
- Core soft skills: Honesty, discipline, loyalty, teamwork, excellent communication, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:30 – 21:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during high‑traffic periods.
