Introduction
PT. Nusantara Prima, a leading distributor of construction and industrial equipment in East Java, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling for its Gresik branch. This role is pivotal in expanding market reach, nurturing relationships with existing dealers, and acquiring new customers across the region. The successful candidate will be based in Gresik, Jawa Timur, and will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Identify, engage, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, collaborating with finance and legal teams to streamline the approval process.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating final credit decisions to dealers and end‑users.
- Inform customers about payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, and address any inquiries related to invoicing, delivery, or after‑sales support.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, generate regular reports, and analyze market trends to propose actionable strategies for growth.
- Conduct regular visits to dealer outlets and customer sites to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of promotional campaigns and sales tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: 0–1 year in a similar sales or channel management role (experience is a strong plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
