As a key member of the operational crew, you will support daily activities that keep the mall’s retail and food‑and‑beverage areas running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for both visitors and merchants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the set‑up and breakdown of promotional events, pop‑up stores, and seasonal displays throughout the mall premises.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving deliveries, checking inventory against purchase orders, and organizing stock in designated storage areas.
- Support the food‑and‑beverage outlets by replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of service stations, and delivering orders promptly to designated locations.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, such as carts, hand trucks, and loading docks, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with mall security and facilities teams to ensure safe movement of goods and adherence to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to merchant inquiries and assisting shoppers with directions or assistance when needed.
- Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as waste management, floor sweeping, and general upkeep to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Document daily activities and inventory movements using basic digital tools or handwritten logs as required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, provided they meet the physical requirements of the role.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills:
- Basic food and beverage service proficiency.
- Strong teamwork attitude and ability to follow directions.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks (“serabutan”) as operational needs arise.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
