Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), guaranteeing consistent taste and presentation.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen workstations, and storage zones.
- Provide courteous, professional, and prompt service to every customer, handling inquiries, orders, and feedback with a friendly attitude.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and supplies, reporting shortages and assisting with stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit transactions, and generating end‑of‑day reports.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular checks and following proper food handling protocols.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in F&B or retail environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information honestly and clearly.
- Demonstrated reliability, discipline, and a sense of responsibility in a team setting.
- Basic cash handling and POS operation proficiency.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
- Residency in Bengkulu or surrounding areas (local candidates preferred).
- Essential soft skills: teamwork, problem‑solving, time management, and a customer‑focused mindset.
