Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor – Outlet Sales and Service Operations to join our thriving hospitality team. This pivotal role bridges the gap between sales initiatives and day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring that our outlet delivers memorable guest experiences while achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid background in hotel or resort operations, capable of motivating a diverse team and maintaining the high standards that our brand is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales activities for food and beverage outlets, monitoring performance against set targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule outlet staff, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain cost controls.
  • Implement and enforce service standards, conducting regular quality audits and providing immediate feedback to maintain consistency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, labor productivity, and guest feedback to senior management.
  • Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department, tailoring offers to seasonal trends and local market demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine inspections and corrective actions.
  • Maintain an immaculate and well‑groomed appearance of the outlet, overseeing housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in outlet sales or service operations.
  • Educational background of at least a D3/D4 in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international guests and corporate stakeholders.
  • Proven guest‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; capable of building rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
  • Professional, disciplined appearance with a keen eye for detail and personal grooming.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, able to resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools.
