Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing broadband Internet team. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct, door‑to‑door sales of our high‑performance WiFi products and broadband packages across the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on personal interaction, have a keen understanding of the telecommunications market, and are eager to contribute to a company that is expanding its footprint in Indonesia’s digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive, face‑to‑face outreach (canvassing) to residential and small‑business prospects, presenting the features and advantages of our broadband and WiFi solutions.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and tailor product recommendations to match those needs, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain a daily schedule of visits, track leads using our CRM system, and follow up on all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, while reporting performance metrics to the sales manager.
  • Provide on‑site demonstrations of WiFi equipment, explaining setup, coverage optimization, and troubleshooting basics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to relay market feedback, competitor activity, and emerging customer trends.
  • Assist new customers with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active subscriber.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Uphold the company’s brand standards and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
  • Age between 18 and 40 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or consumer electronics.
  • Demonstrated ability in door‑to‑door (canvassing) sales and cold‑calling.
  • Resides in the Jabodetabek region or is willing to relocate within the area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
  • Analytical mindset for market analysis and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field visits.
