We are seeking a passionate and qualified Private English Tutor for Elementary School Children to join our growing team of educators. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality, engaging English language instruction to young learners, while also providing support in physics concepts where needed. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized English lessons aligned with the national curriculum for grades 1‑6.
- Incorporate interactive activities, games, and multimedia resources to foster a love of language learning.
- Assess student progress through informal observations, quizzes, and periodic written evaluations.
- Provide supplemental instruction in basic physics topics, reinforcing key concepts through hands‑on experiments and visual aids.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and homework assignments tailored to each student’s learning style and pace.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding performance, areas for improvement, and achievements.
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and stimulating learning environment during each session.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with best teaching practices.
- Adapt teaching strategies quickly to meet diverse learning needs and unexpected challenges.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience with elementary‑age students; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcomed.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates should demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm needed for working with children.
- Skills: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written), strong communication, rapid adaptation to varying student needs, and the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
- Personal Traits: Dynamic, creative, patient, and a genuine love for children.
- Availability: Must be able to work Monday‑Saturday, 16:00‑19:00.
