We are a fast‑growing logistics and distribution company operating a strategic warehouse network across Indonesia. Our Bogor facility (Cabang Sukaraja) serves as a critical hub for inbound and outbound flows of consumer goods, especially temperature‑sensitive beverages. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Gudang Bogor who can lead multiple operational teams, ensure flawless inventory control, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will oversee four core functional areas—Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Fleet—by coaching staff, optimizing processes, and delivering accurate reporting.
- Inbound Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the inbound team in daily receiving activities.
- Plan and control warehouse occupancy to maximize storage utilization.
- Resolve issues related to late deliveries, damaged goods, or documentation gaps.
- Generate daily and weekly stock receipt reports for senior management.
- Outbound Management
- Direct the outbound team through picking, packing, replenishment, and loading processes.
- Ensure accurate stock decrementation and timely dispatch of orders.
- Address discrepancies in stock records and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare outbound performance dashboards and shipment summaries.
- Inventory Control
- Oversee daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and DCC (Daily Cycle Count) reporting.
- Analyze variance reports to identify overstock, stock‑outs, or shrinkage.
- Develop and implement corrective plans to balance inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Fleet Coordination
- Monitor driver arrivals, pre‑cooling procedures, loading, departure, and remote unloading at the hub.
- Work closely with Inventory Control Hub to resolve any bottlenecks during loading/unloading.
- Produce daily fleet dispatch reports, tracking on‑time performance and compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain records of warehouse assets such as carts, cooler boxes, and stereforms.
- Maintain compliance with safety, temperature, and SOP standards across all shifts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to suggest efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Proven ability to manage inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet functions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
- Ability to be stationed permanently at the Bogor warehouse (Sukaraja branch).
- Relevant soft skills: leadership, problem‑solving, time management, and a safety‑first mindset.
