This position plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience at our retail outlet, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain the presentation of merchandise, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store management system, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, place orders, and receive deliveries.
- Conduct regular price checks, apply promotional discounts, and upsell complementary items.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards specific to F&B outlets.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including regular cleaning of workstations and public areas.
- Utilize personal transportation to arrive on time for shifts and assist with occasional off‑site events or deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–25 years (both male and female applicants are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, diligent, and trustworthy.
- Passion for serving customers and creating memorable experiences.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for reliable commute and occasional task support.
- Basic proficiency with a store management system or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is advantageous.
