Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sleman. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to attract new customers, including creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
- Greet and assist visitors in the showroom or office, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Identify sales opportunities during each interaction and work diligently to close deals, meeting or exceeding daily targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to relay feedback from customers, helping to refine promotional strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, customer service best practices, and industry trends.
- Uphold the company’s Islamic values by demonstrating integrity, respect, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and resolve issues with empathy.
- Basic proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) for marketing and customer outreach.
- Organizational ability to handle administrative tasks such as sales documentation, order processing, and follow‑up scheduling.
- Positive attitude, high level of motivation, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00.
