Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile (Marketing) to join our growing team in Genteng, Banyuwangi. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting our mobile product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales processes with strong interpersonal skills to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage with existing customers and new leads to present the company’s mobile solutions, highlighting key features and benefits that meet their needs.
- Secure orders through the company’s distribution channels, gathering initial customer data, verifying information, and preparing complete credit applications.
- Maintain a thorough tracking system for each credit application, monitoring progress from submission to approval and promptly communicating decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product development, finance, and after‑sales support—to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall buying experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future demand, and contribute insights for strategic planning and market expansion.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously update personal product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the mobile sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years, though the position is open to fresh graduates with the right aptitude.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or a related field; experience in mobile or telecom sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High degree of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Strong sales‑oriented mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and to travel within the assigned territory as required.
