Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan. This full‑time position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by overseeing the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be placed at an Adira Finance office that aligns with the incumbent’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection processes for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are performed within the stipulated timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts and prioritize collection activities.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Document all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records for audit purposes.
- Prepare and present regular performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting collection success rates, outstanding balances, and any escalation needs.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of collection strategies, incorporating best practices from the multifinance industry.
- Support legal and recovery teams when cases require formal litigation or third‑party agency involvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior collection staff, fostering a culture of integrity, persistence, and customer‑centric communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor’s) degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection is preferred, though strong aptitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Male candidates (as specified by the posting).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear focus on achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
