Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record fresh produce shipments from suppliers, verifying quantity, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and store incoming vegetables and fruits in temperature‑controlled zones to preserve freshness.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery to individual units or branches, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform regular inventory counts using Excel and warehouse management software, updating stock levels in real‑time.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to anticipate demand spikes and adjust stock allocations accordingly.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including cleaning equipment, pallets, and storage areas on a daily basis.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on inventory turnover, shrinkage, and delivery performance for management review.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as reducing waste and optimizing picking routes.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, including proper handling of equipment and emergency procedures.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear communication on pending tasks, issues, and priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience handling fresh produce in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Proven ability to manage inventory using Excel and basic warehouse management systems.
- Understanding of cold‑chain logistics and fresh‑product handling best practices.
- Completed at least one COVID‑19 vaccination dose.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and six‑day work weeks (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to follow instructions and provide clear handover notes.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move boxes of produce up to 25 kg repeatedly.
