Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic DW Canvaser Lex to join our recruitment outreach team in Palembang. As a Canvaser, you will be the face of our organization, representing us in local communities, distributing promotional material, and identifying qualified candidates for our courier network.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunity to develop your sales and recruitment skills while contributing to the growth of a dynamic logistics operation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct offline candidate sourcing by visiting high‑traffic areas, educational institutions, and community centers to locate potential courier partners.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral in strategically selected locations to raise awareness of the courier opportunity.
- Engage prospects in clear, persuasive conversations, explaining job duties, earnings potential, and growth pathways.
- Collect and verify candidate information, ensuring accurate data entry into the recruitment database.
- Maintain a daily activity log, reporting on the number of contacts made, flyers distributed, and qualified leads generated.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to schedule interviews and onboarding sessions for promising candidates.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor recruitment tactics, and community sentiment to help refine our outreach strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards while operating a personal vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- Male gender (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales canvassing, or related field work.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Active SIM C license and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle (mandatory for daily travel).
- Willingness to be stationed in the designated Palembang area and travel locally as required.
- Demonstrated adaptability, self‑motivation, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and familiarity with data entry applications.
