Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc visits to micro‑loan customers across Jakarta Barat, Tangerang, Serang, and surrounding regions to verify payment status and address any obstacles.
- Provide hands‑on assistance and guidance to borrowers facing financial challenges, helping them develop realistic repayment plans.
- Monitor payment commitments, follow up consistently, and use persuasive, solution‑oriented communication to secure settlements.
- Gather accurate field data on borrower conditions, payment behavior, and market trends, and report findings to the central collections team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation while representing the brand in the community.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including credit analysts, risk managers, and customer service—to streamline the collection process.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional financial products that may benefit borrowers and support their long‑term financial health.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit management, or related customer‑facing roles (experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for field mobility.
- Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity for data entry and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for urgent collections.
