Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cash‑flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash accounts, ensuring all transactions are documented, approved, and aligned with company policy.
- Compile full sets of financial statements in accordance with the Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) and the Peraturan Akuntansi Pemerintah (PABU), guaranteeing accuracy and timely submission.
- Draft and file corporate tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), and PPh 25) while staying current on changes to tax legislation and leveraging any applicable incentives.
- Operate and maintain the company’s ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Odoo), ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient month‑end close processes.
- Conduct regular internal financial controls and audits to detect irregularities, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—procurement, sales, and operations—to reconcile inter‑departmental expenses and support budgeting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad‑hoc financial analysis requested by leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline accounting processes through automation, best‑practice standards, and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D4/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance, or tax; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements according to PABU and familiarity with Indonesian GAAP.
- Solid understanding of tax regulations; possession of Brevet A & B certifications is a strong plus.
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and a genuine interest in professional growth.
- Adaptability to work within a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 08:30 – 16:30, with occasional overtime during peak reporting periods.
