Responsibilities
- Design and assemble fresh flower arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and daily retail sales, ensuring each piece reflects current trends and client specifications.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the shop by refreshing displays, arranging seasonal promotional bouquets, and keeping workstations organized.
- Manage inventory of fresh cut flowers, foliage, vases, and accessories; monitor stock levels and communicate re‑ordering needs to the store manager.
- Provide attentive customer service, offering guidance on flower selection, care instructions, and upselling complementary items such as ribbons, candles, and gift accessories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill custom orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure timely completion of large‑scale projects.
- Adhere to health and safety standards by handling sharp tools, maintaining cleanliness, and following proper storage protocols for perishable inventory.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new floral techniques, emerging design trends, and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and rotating holidays, to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑25 years, residing in the city of Padang.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Willingness to commit to a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Not currently enrolled in school, university, or employed in a competing floral business.
- Strong creative instincts, an innovative mindset, and a refined aesthetic sense for floral design.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and client interaction.
- Personal attributes: friendly, agile, disciplined, honest, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Demonstrated passion for flowers and a keen interest in botanical trends.
- Ability to adapt to shift work and rotating day‑off schedules.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems is a plus.
