We are currently expanding our presence in the Ogan Komering Ilir region and are looking for a dynamic Sales Akuisisi professional who can identify, recruit, and nurture new agents to meet our ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new AmarthaLink agents across Ogan Komering Ilir, meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to educate prospective agents on the benefits, operational procedures, and compliance requirements of the AmarthaLink service.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support, guiding agents in the use of the AmarthaLink system, product catalog, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor agent transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance, flagging issues early and proposing corrective actions.
- Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to develop localized growth strategies and expand the agent footprint.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including acquisition metrics, sales forecasts, and insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, product, and compliance—to align agent activities with broader business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records in MS Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity for all sales and agent‑related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Economics, or related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, with a strong track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for frequent travel across the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess market potential and devise actionable agent‑development strategies.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
