Operating Monday through Saturday, the specialist will be the face of our product portfolio, educating consumers, managing in‑store displays, and ensuring that our promotional programs are flawlessly executed. Responsibilities
- Introduce and educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and usage within assigned market segments.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive direct‑selling activities and effective upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners, market traders, and end‑consumers.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure continuous product availability and promptly report any shortages.
- Set up, arrange, and regularly refresh product displays to maximize visual appeal and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Execute promotional programs, including sampling, discounts, and bundled offers, while tracking their impact on sales.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and relay insights to the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status using company‑provided tools.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule (06:00‑14:00) and travel safely using a personal two‑wheel vehicle with a valid SIM C.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or Sales Marketing Dealer (SMD).
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective product display techniques and product switching strategies.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work according to market operating hours and travel to various market locations.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold an active SIM C license.
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting apps and Microsoft Office tools.
