We are seeking a dedicated Juru Masak Senior – Ahli Penyajian Makanan Berkualitas to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, season, and present a wide variety of savory and sweet menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols (HACCP, GMP) throughout all food handling processes.
  • Manage daily mise en place, ensuring that all ingredients are stocked, pre‑prepared, and stored correctly.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food is served at optimal taste and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house staff to coordinate order flow, timing, and special requests.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing best practices in knife skills, plating, and time management.
  • Assist in developing new menu concepts, testing recipes, and providing feedback on cost‑effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, report shortages, and help with ordering supplies to minimize waste.
  • Participate in periodic kitchen audits and continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Culinary Arts (Tata Boga) is highly preferred.
  • Age: 18–35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary fundamentals, including cooking techniques, flavor balancing, and plating aesthetics.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work harmoniously with chefs, line cooks, and service staff.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; tidy, well‑groomed, and respectful to guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure during peak service periods.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with potential overtime during special events.
