Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver high‑quality photographic shoots for products, events, and corporate documentation.

- Set up lighting, backdrops, and props, and adjust camera settings to achieve optimal exposure and focus.
- Perform post‑production editing using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance images while preserving authenticity.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, tagging files for easy retrieval and archiving completed projects.
- Provide on‑site support during pre‑opening events, promotional launches, and corporate meetings, capturing both candid moments and staged visuals.
- Stay current with emerging photography trends, equipment advancements, and best practices to continuously improve visual output.
- Adhere to project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed and handed over on schedule.
- Assist in developing visual concepts for upcoming campaigns, offering creative input during brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and copyright regulations during all shooting activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong photographic skills is essential.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in professional photography, or recent graduation with a strong academic portfolio.
- Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and post‑processing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud suite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Pre‑opening or event photography experience is a distinct advantage.
