We are currently seeking a dynamic Generalist HR – Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Manado office as an Area People Partner (APP). In this role you will act as the strategic bridge between KSS, our client organizations, and the outsourced workforce, ensuring that recruitment, development, and performance management processes are executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from job requisition and sourcing to interview coordination and placement, guaranteeing that client staffing needs are met on time and within budget.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs, training workshops, coaching sessions, and counseling initiatives that accelerate employee integration and skill development.
- Partner with client HR teams to diagnose and resolve complex people‑related issues, fostering a collaborative and positive working relationship.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate the performance of outsourced personnel across branch locations, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and DISNAKER (Manpower Office) legal requirements.
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies, including career path planning, succession mapping, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate and execute business travel arrangements for staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cost‑effectiveness.
- Support the creation of HR policies and standard operating procedures that align with both KSS and client organizational cultures.
- Utilize HR analytics tools to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and recommend improvements to recruitment and retention processes.
- Represent KSS at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to strengthen our employer brand and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; D3 acceptable for internal consideration.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles, preferably within the financing, outsourcing, or BPO industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment drives and manage full‑cycle talent acquisition.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the capacity to influence and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client site visits and regional coordination (valid SIM C required).
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data‑driven reporting tools.
