The Sales B2B Electronics position based in Jakarta is a pivotal role that drives the growth of our cutting‑edge HVAC and MEP solutions across the Indonesian market. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will act as the primary interface between our engineering teams, architects, interior designers, and large‑scale contractors. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to translate complex product specifications into profitable business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market segments and project opportunities for RAC (Room Air Conditioning) and LCAC (Low‑Cost Air Conditioning) product lines.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, consultants, HVAC/MEP contractors, owners, and dealer networks.
  • Provide technical support and product configuration guidance that aligns with client specifications and project timelines.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to both external clients and internal cross‑functional teams.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to generate accurate AC system layouts, equipment selections, and installation schematics tailored to each project’s requirements.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and supply chain departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after‑sales service.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contract documentation in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, case studies, and promotional material that showcase product advantages.
  • Report weekly and monthly sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales within the electronics, HVAC, or construction industry.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects from prospecting to close.
  • Established network of contacts among architects, interior designers, consultants, and HVAC/MEP contractors.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating installation drawings; other CAD tools are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Analytical mindset to assess client needs, perform cost‑benefit analyses, and propose optimal solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team.
