Introduction
We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join our Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness team in the vibrant coastal town of Sabang. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across all guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and public spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitising of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify that all surfaces, furnishings, and equipment meet quality‑control standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, reporting any shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to report and follow up on repair needs such as leaky faucets, broken fixtures, or damaged furniture.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing on a scheduled basis.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to special requests, ensuring comfort, and maintaining a courteous attitude at all times.
- Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping staff to achieve daily targets and maintain a supportive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning role is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
