Introduction

We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to join our Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness team in the vibrant coastal town of Sabang. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across all guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and public spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitising of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure a spotless environment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify that all surfaces, furnishings, and equipment meet quality‑control standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, reporting any shortages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to report and follow up on repair needs such as leaky faucets, broken fixtures, or damaged furniture.
  • Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing on a scheduled basis.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to special requests, ensuring comfort, and maintaining a courteous attitude at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping staff to achieve daily targets and maintain a supportive team atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning role is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, showing reliability, honesty, and responsibility.

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Basic proficiency in using cleaning equipment and understanding of quality‑control processes.
