Introduction
We are a leading manufacturing firm specializing in high‑precision mechanical components for the automotive and heavy‑equipment sectors. This full‑time position is based at our main plant and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive mindset to keep our production lines running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all production equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to the manufacturing flow.
- Lead a team of technicians and junior engineers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and clear direction to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Monitor and analyze key maintenance KPIs such as downtime, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of equipment failures, propose engineering improvements, and oversee the implementation of reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
- Coordinate with production planners, quality assurance, and procurement to ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and generate regular reports on work order status, cost tracking, and performance trends.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising equipment reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, such as total productive maintenance (TPM) events, to elevate overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of planning & scheduling maintenance, KPI monitoring (downtime, MTTR, MTBF), and failure analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a diverse maintenance team.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to implement improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for technical documentation.

- Educational background of at least SMA/SMK or equivalent is acceptable for entry‑level considerations.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting.
