Introduction

We are looking for energetic and service‑oriented individuals to join us as Petugas Lapangan (Account Officer – Group Financing) based in Purwodadi, Gubug, Grobogan. This role offers a unique opportunity to empower local micro‑entrepreneurs, primarily women from low‑ to middle‑income backgrounds, by providing them with the financial resources and mentorship needed to grow their businesses.

The successful candidate will become a trusted liaison between the company and its community partners, helping to build productive groups, monitor loan performance, and ensure that every partner thrives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Partner Acquisition: Identify and approach potential partners—mainly women who wish to start or expand a small business—through door‑to‑door visits, community events, and referrals.
  • Group Formation: Organize prospective partners into productive groups of up to ten members, fostering mutual support and collective accountability.
  • Loan Disbursement: Facilitate the provision of micro‑loans tailored to each group’s needs, ensuring compliance with PT. Bina Artha Ventura’s credit policies.
  • Business Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions on basic bookkeeping, marketing, inventory management, and customer service to help partners run sustainable ventures.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with each partner, acting as their primary point of contact for any issues or inquiries.
  • Repayment Collection: Organize bi‑weekly collection meetings, verify payments, and record transactions accurately in the company’s system.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly field reports covering new partners, loan status, repayment performance, and any challenges faced on the ground.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in local events, workshops, and financial literacy programs to promote PT. Bina Artha Ventura’s services and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 32 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, and negotiate effectively.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and common office software; willingness to learn the company’s loan management platform.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Purwodadi, Gubug, Grobogan).
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to uplift underserved communities.
