Introduction
PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our Cirebon branch. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with dealers and borrowers while ensuring that credit decisions are based on thorough analysis and compliance with our rigorous standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with automobile dealers, corporate partners, and individual borrowers to promote Maybank’s credit products.
- Coordinate the preparation of all required documentation and data for field surveys, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct on‑site credit feasibility surveys, verifying the legality and authenticity of borrower documentation.
- Perform detailed creditworthiness analyses, applying both quantitative models and qualitative judgment to assess risk.
- Prepare comprehensive credit recommendation reports for senior management review, highlighting key risk factors and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the legal, risk, and underwriting teams to streamline the approval process.
- Monitor post‑approval performance of credit portfolios, identifying early warning signs of delinquency and recommending corrective actions.
- Represent Maybank at local business events, seminars, and dealer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the credit lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis, loan marketing, or related financial services; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
- Valid motor vehicle license (SIM C) and personal transportation for field visits.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written) and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, critical thinking, perseverance, loyalty, and disciplined work habits.
- High level of personal integrity and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Solid understanding of the financing industry, including credit products, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently at the Cirebon branch.
