Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team covering the Rangkasbitung area. This role is essential for driving product availability and increasing market share by collecting orders directly from retailers, ensuring accurate data capture, and building strong relationships with trade partners. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores within the Rangkasbitung region on a daily schedule.
- Take accurate product orders, record quantities, and input data into the company’s mobile sales system.
- Maintain and update customer master files, ensuring contact information and purchase histories are current.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners, distributors, and key account managers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional product lines based on market demand.
- Report daily sales activity, order status, and market insights to the regional sales supervisor.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, provide feedback on out‑of‑stock situations, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and communicate promotional effectiveness to the marketing team.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving order‑taking efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, direct sales, or canvassing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong motivation.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for daily travel.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones, mobile apps, and basic digital tools for order entry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self‑discipline, high level of commitment, and a goal‑oriented attitude.
- Residency within or near the Rangkasbitung area and willingness to cover the designated territory.
