Introduction
The Floor Leader – Kota Banjar Area is a pivotal role within our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) network. As the operational backbone of the restaurant, the Floor Leader ensures seamless service across all stations, from cashier and barista to kitchen and production. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or a budding professional eager to develop leadership skills in a dynamic, high‑energy environment. You will be the bridge between senior management and front‑line crew, driving operational excellence, staff development, and guest satisfaction throughout the Kota Banjar region.
Responsibilities
- Perform crew duties across all stations (cashier, server, kitchen, production, barista, etc.) to maintain hands‑on knowledge of daily operations.
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (stock opname), manage inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and availability.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of crew members, providing constructive feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute staff schedules, optimizing labor costs while ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Lead new‑employee onboarding and training programs, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Maintain an active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) and ensure all team members adhere to company policies and local regulations.
- Participate in shift rotations and be available for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any field; hospitality or business studies are a plus.
- Age: maximum 30 years old; candidates up to 28 years are strongly preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) and willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
- Analytical mindset with skills in inventory control, conflict management, and adherence to operational standards.
- Proficiency in basic presentation and reporting tools to convey performance insights to management.
