Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Planner Konten DIY – Pengembangan Ide dan Eksekusi to join our fast‑growing creative team. In this role you will be the driving force behind the conception, production, and performance of DIY‑focused content across multiple social media platforms. You will work closely with brand managers, designers, and external partners to ensure that every piece of content not only reflects the latest trends but also resonates with our target audience, boosts engagement, and strengthens our brand presence in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and community events.
- Research, identify, and apply emerging social media trends, meme cultures, and viral formats to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
- Conceptualize, write, and oversee the production of original DIY tutorials, how‑to videos, carousel posts, reels, and stories that inspire and educate the audience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high‑quality visual and textual assets are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, click‑through‑rate, and conversion metrics; generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Engage proactively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Build and nurture relationships with relevant media outlets, influencers, and DIY‑focused community groups to amplify content distribution.
- Coordinate paid social campaigns, A/B test creative variations, and optimize spend based on data‑driven results.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while adapting tone and style to suit each channel’s unique audience.
- Stay adaptable to shifting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and continuously propose new ideas that drive brand growth.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, but we welcome talent of all ages.

- Experience: No minimum years of experience required; however, relevant internship or project work in social media content creation is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Creative mindset, up‑to‑date with social media trends, confident public speaker, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal abilities.
