Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue payments ranging from 1 to 90 days, assessing their situation and negotiating repayment plans.
- Prepare and deliver formal warning letters to delinquent clients, clearly outlining consequences of continued non‑payment.
- Coordinate the retrieval of assets or units pledged as collateral when collection efforts require enforcement actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, updating the central database with payment statuses, client communications, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to identify high‑risk accounts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate future defaults.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide insightful feedback to management regarding recurring payment issues, suggesting process improvements.
- Represent the company professionally during all field interactions, reinforcing brand reputation and customer trust.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably prior experience in debt collection, credit management, or a related field, though it is not mandatory.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for daily travel to client locations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Residence in Medan or willingness to relocate to the city.
