Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for senior high school students, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies—including collaborative learning, problem‑based learning, and technology‑enhanced activities—to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and formative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in accordance with school policies.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum review sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other subjects to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects, especially those that reinforce logical reasoning and quantitative analysis.
- Uphold and model the school’s moral and religious values, including the practice of tartil reading of the Al‑Qur’an and adherence to the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah tradition.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering an environment of mutual respect, honesty, and responsibility among students and staff.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and educational software to prepare lesson materials, track student data, and communicate with parents.
- Engage in community outreach and extracurricular activities such as math clubs, competitions, and tutoring sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4; candidates with an S1 degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) are highly preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the role specifically requests female Muslim applicants who follow the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah school of thought.
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates should possess the physical and mental stamina to manage a full teaching schedule.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility in an educational setting.
- Ability to read the Al‑Qur’an with proper tartil and embody noble character (akhlak mulia).
- Proven teaching capability, preferably in mathematics, with a passion for continuous learning and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support school initiatives.
- Good physical health and spiritual well‑being, enabling effective classroom management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with educational technology tools.
- Not currently bound by contractual obligations to another institution.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
