As a Sales Promotor, you will become the face of Kredivo in local markets, helping merchants and shoppers understand the convenience and security of using Kredivo for instant credit. Your daily activities will blend sales, education, and relationship management, all while contributing to the growth of a cutting‑edge financial service that is reshaping the way Indonesians shop.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users in retail locations, understand their purchasing needs, and recommend Kredivo as the preferred payment method.
- Continuously build and maintain deep product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, interest‑free periods, and repayment options, and communicate this information in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile application, guiding users through the sign‑up process, credit limit approval, and transaction flow.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues promptly, providing clear guidance on how to maximize the benefits of the platform.
- Achieve daily sales targets by converting foot traffic into active Kredivo users, and report performance metrics to the regional manager each shift.
- Develop and nurture relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to encourage ongoing promotion of Kredivo at point‑of‑sale.
- Gather market feedback, identify emerging trends, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams to help refine Kredivo’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales outcomes using Kredivo’s internal CRM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Residency in Batanghari or willingness to relocate within the area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency with Android smartphones and familiarity with common communication, customer‑management, and sales‑analysis tools.
- Prior experience in retail sales, direct selling, or any customer‑facing role is highly preferred.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently during the scheduled shift (Tuesday‑Sunday, 11:00‑20:00).
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed; additional health and safety compliance as required.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
