Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through formative quizzes, summative exams, and project‑based evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance metrics in the school’s information system.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum coordinators, and department heads to create interdisciplinary modules that connect mathematics with science, technology, and language subjects.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences to discuss student achievement and improvement strategies.
- Mentor and support students outside regular class hours through tutoring sessions, study groups, and extracurricular math clubs.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat for entry‑level candidates; S1 in Mathematics, Science (IPA), Japanese, or German for advanced positions.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, relatable manner.
- Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience (0‑2 years acceptable for fresh graduates).
- Creative, patient, and highly communicative with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in modern instructional methods such as flipped classrooms, digital platforms, and project‑based learning.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and disciplined approach to classroom management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
