Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promotor – Electronics to join our fast‑growing team in the Garut region. This role focuses on promoting high‑value electronic brands to retail partners, driving sales, and expanding market presence through proactive, mobile outreach. The successful candidate will thrive in a target‑oriented environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable navigating a flexible, shift‑based schedule that aligns with partner store operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell premium electronic products to designated retail outlets and partner stores.
- Conduct regular store visits (every 3 to 7 days, adjusted for traffic) to maintain relationships, monitor inventory, and gather market intelligence.
- Develop and execute a territory coverage plan within the assigned geographic area to maximize brand visibility.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, upselling techniques, and effective negotiation.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and feedback on customer preferences to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain a professional appearance and well‑groomed image that reflects the high‑value brand standards.
- Utilize personal transportation (motorcycle) to travel efficiently between stores, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Collaborate with store staff to arrange product displays, in‑store promotions, and training sessions when needed.
- Participate in shift rotations that align with partner store operating hours, typically Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Identify new sales opportunities, suggest promotional ideas, and provide market insights to support product development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑34 years (maximum 34).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the electronics or home appliance (HA) sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, neat appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
- Willingness to work mobile, with a flexible schedule that follows store shift hours.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel between client locations.
- Strong self‑motivation, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
