We are seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Specialist (BAS) to join our sales force at the KCP Negara branch. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between BNI Life and the bank’s retail outlets, promoting tailored life insurance solutions to individual customers. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for life insurance products within the assigned BNI outlet, aligning targets with regional and national goals.
- Conduct proactive prospecting, lead generation, and follow‑up activities to convert bank customers into BNI Life policyholders.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, addressing customer needs, objections, and financial objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy proposals, and sales performance using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with BNI branch staff—tellers, relationship managers, and product specialists—to identify cross‑selling opportunities and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to policyholders, including policy reviews, claim assistance, and renewal reminders.
- Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, market trends, and competitive offerings in the Indonesian financial services sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent BNI Life at internal bank meetings, community events, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Foster strong, trust‑based relationships with both internal stakeholders (BNI management, branch teams) and external clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree). All majors are welcome.
- Age: 20‑35 years (flexible for fresh graduates with strong potential).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for diverse audiences.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Strong interest in sales, self‑motivation, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Not listed as an active member of the Association of Indonesian Insurance Companies (AAJI).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; basic data analysis skills are a plus.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous for corporate training and international travel opportunities.
