We are expanding our audit team and are looking for a diligent and investigative Staff Audit Persediaan who can ensure that our warehouse inventories are accurately recorded, securely stored, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
This full‑time position is based at our central warehouse and involves regular interaction with branch warehouses across the country. The role offers a dynamic work environment where analytical thinking, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze inbound and outbound inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct periodic physical audits (opname) of warehouse stock, ensuring that counts match system records.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive audit reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
- Follow up on audit findings until resolution, coordinating with warehouse staff, procurement, and finance teams.
- Perform sample checks of printed inventory ledgers to verify data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference.
- Ensure that all inventory handling procedures, from receipt to dispatch, are adhered to according to company policies.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory control, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for audit documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Travel to branch warehouses as required to perform on‑site audits and provide training on best practices.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Accounting, Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in internal audit, inventory control, or warehouse stock taking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulae; comfortable handling large data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous, decisive, and investigative approach.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to branch or regional warehouses for audit missions.
- Familiarity with electronic and physical archiving systems is a plus.
