Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Trainer Penjualan dan Penempatan to join our growing team in Kalimantan. In this role you will be responsible for equipping our sales force with the product knowledge, selling techniques, and confidence needed to excel in the highly competitive electronics and home‑appliance market. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales managers, field representatives, and retail partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality training delivery across all assigned locations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales personnel focusing on electronic devices and home‑appliance products.
- Conduct on‑site workshops, classroom sessions, and hands‑on demonstrations at retail outlets and distribution centers.
- Assess trainee performance through quizzes, role‑plays, and field observations, providing actionable feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to keep training content up‑to‑date with the latest technology features and promotional offers.
- Prepare training materials such as manuals, slide decks, e‑learning modules, and quick‑reference guides.
- Track training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a schedule of regular refresher courses and new‑product launches, ensuring all sales staff are continuously informed.
- Travel frequently throughout Kalimantan to reach remote stores, providing on‑the‑ground support and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a liaison between the field sales team and corporate leadership, communicating challenges, opportunities, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the electronics or home‑appliance sector.
- Prior experience in the electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Own a valid motorcycle and a current SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for field travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for inspirational leadership and motivational coaching.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region and adapt to varying work environments.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years.
