Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Officer – Layanan Klien Berbahasa Banjar to join our growing banking team. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to Banjar‑speaking clients, building new relationships, and supporting existing customers with a full suite of banking products. The ideal candidate will combine a solid foundation in banking or financing marketing with strong interpersonal skills, a results‑driven mindset, and the ability to travel independently using a personal vehicle. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with regular hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with prospective customers in the Banjar‑speaking market.
  • Promote and sell a range of banking products, including savings accounts, credit facilities, and term deposits.
  • Conduct thorough credit‑worthiness assessments and feasibility surveys for potential borrowers.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor loan repayment schedules, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely settlements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and risk departments to tailor solutions that meet local client needs.
  • Participate in community events and financial education workshops to enhance the bank’s visibility and reputation.

Requirements

  • Male or female, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: D3 or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) is acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
  • Prior experience in banking marketing or financing sales is preferred, though strong motivation and learning agility are valued.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, especially in the Banjar language.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C/A (motorcycle or car license).
  • Target‑oriented, honest, responsible, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using digital banking platforms.
