Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of skin‑care treatments—including facial massages, therapeutic facial acupressure (totok), and specialized beauty protocols—strictly following the clinic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain impeccable hygiene of all tools, devices, and work areas, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Provide clear, friendly education to clients about daily skin‑care routines, product usage, and post‑treatment care.
- Document each client’s treatment plan, progress notes, and any observations in the electronic health record system.
- Assist senior therapists or physicians during advanced procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the reception and sales teams to schedule appointments, manage client inquiries, and promote new services.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge updates, and quality‑assurance audits.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including weekend work (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00), and be flexible to cover peak periods as needed.
- Contribute ideas for service improvement, new treatment packages, and client‑experience enhancements.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4; preference for graduates of SMK Pharmacy or Health programs.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a reputable beauty or skin‑care clinic.
- Demonstrated honesty, courtesy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in facial massage techniques, relaxation acupressure, and basic aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Strong organizational abilities for accurate record‑keeping and appointment management.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to the clinic’s operating hours.
- Basic computer literacy for entering client data and accessing treatment protocols.
