Introduction

We are a leading property developer based in Tangerang, looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Social Media Sales professional to turn social platforms into powerful lead‑generation engines. This role goes far beyond simple content posting; you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories, driving qualified traffic, nurturing prospects, and ultimately contributing to property sales closures. Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit high‑impact property content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, carousel posts, live streams, and short‑form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
  • Write persuasive copy—including captions, ad scripts, and headline ads—that incorporates strong hooks, storytelling elements, and clear calls‑to‑action directing users to WhatsApp, lead forms, or direct inquiries.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, ensuring efficient targeting, retargeting, scaling, and funnel management.
  • Maintain the CRM/database of leads, track each prospect through the sales pipeline, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into surveys, site visits, and final closings.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as views, engagement, click‑through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates; generate reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to keep content fresh and performance‑driven.
  • Collaborate with the creative, product, and sales teams to align messaging with brand guidelines and product knowledge.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure timely follow‑up and maximum lead coverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales enablement, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop) and a strong visual sense coupled with storytelling ability.
  • Deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, including audience targeting, retargeting, scaling, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with CRM or lead‑management tools for tracking, follow‑up, and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to interpret key performance indicators such as views, engagement, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates to drive data‑based decisions.
  • Fast learner, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working against daily/weekly targets.
  • All genders are welcome; flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.
  • Bonus points for prior experience in property development, an existing network of buyers/investors/agents, and a track record of running successful lead‑gen campaigns that resulted in tangible sales.
