Responsibilities
- Prepare raw ingredients, dough, and toppings according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist in the cooking, folding, and plating of martabak, maintaining proper temperature and presentation standards.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to every customer, taking orders, handling payments, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including regular sanitization of surfaces, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with local health regulations.
- Support daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and waste management.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, which involve setting up workstations, checking equipment, and securing the outlet at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours, and step in to assist in other stations when needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the outlet manager promptly.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including flexible afternoon, evening, or early‑morning shifts, and be willing to work at any of our locations nationwide.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, quality control, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Male candidates, minimum age 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient; able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work shift patterns from 14:00 to 23:00, including occasional night or early‑morning assignments.
- Flexibility to be placed at any outlet location; company‑provided accommodation (mess) is available.
- Basic skills in following instructions, food service, cleanliness, and quality maintenance.
