Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to established standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor table status throughout the dining experience, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any guest needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and keeping service stations stocked.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper hand‑washing, food handling, and sanitization procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and shift changes.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu updates, promotional offers, and service techniques.
- Follow the restaurant’s shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work in a shift‑based system, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.

- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
