This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with a rotating shift system that ensures the store remains open and welcoming to customers throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information to drive sales.
- Assist with the merchandising of shelves, ensuring items are well‑stocked, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by performing routine store checks, organizing back‑room inventory, and adhering to health‑safety protocols.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting low‑stock items, and participating in weekly replenishment cycles.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and store policies.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and in‑store events that attract foot traffic and boost brand visibility.
- Follow the store’s shift schedule, arriving on time and completing handover reports for the next shift.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender requirement is Perempuan.
- Maximum age of 28 years; applicants must be 28 years old or younger.
- Single / belum berkeluarga (no marital or family commitments that could affect shift availability).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Not currently enrolled in any college or university program.
- Resides in or near Mendalo, Simpang, Rimbo, or surrounding neighborhoods to facilitate reliable commuting.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a strong ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early‑morning or late‑afternoon rotations.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; a friendly, approachable demeanor is essential.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 20 kg when necessary.
