Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staff Logistics – Non‑Medical Operations to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all non‑clinical goods and services are sourced, received, and distributed efficiently, supporting the broader operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in computer science or accounting, coupled with hands‑on experience in procurement. As a male professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, you will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end procurement process for non‑medical items, including office supplies, IT equipment, and facility services.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess.
- Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers, striving for cost‑effective solutions while upholding quality standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and requisition forms in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inbound shipments, verify goods against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices, process payments, and track budget utilization.
- Generate regular logistics performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Support cross‑functional teams during internal audits, providing documentation and evidence of proper logistical controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, or vendor consolidation to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Male candidate (as specified by the client’s hiring criteria).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 0‑2 years of proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain support, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—to liaise with vendors and internal departments.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of logistics management principles and best practices.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) during standard business hours.
